He was professional in every way: Articulate, able to explain exactly what he would be doing, easy to work with, competent, and most of all, trustworthy. I have asked JCP to always send Edgar on any future work in my home.

These men were very professional and not only fixed the problem, but checked and rechecked several times to be sure everything was operating as it should be. He had many people in need of his services yet In the cold rain he showed up before dark and spent hours trying to get through the roots. His drain router got stuck but he never gave up. He got it unstuck and the drain open enough to temporarily work until we replaced it after the storm. I'm not going to tell you what he charged us because it was too honest and it was obvious Charlie doesn't have it in him to gouge people in need. That's highly the exception among contractors. We will never use anyone else as long as he is still working.
