Overall, Missie's is pretty standard; you can pick up a decent enough pair of shoes, that is, they'll do they job for a short while (think Primark quality) it all depends on your eye and style whether you can pick up a "nice" pair; some are undeniably plastic, ridiculously high and conform to irregular foot sizes and shapes. The staff are actually quite friendly in this store, in comparison to others in the precinct anyway.

I'm rather surprised TK Maxx's main Warrington town centre location in Golden Square has received…read moremany good reviews - although most of them go back to the Qype days and are around 10 years old - it proves this store was at one time pretty good, although it really does seem the store has declined hugely of late. I did have a problem with many of the big brand stores in TK Maxx's Warrington location as they just screamed out small-town mentality and this store like Primark and a few others - shown this more than most. The store was a little dark and felt like it hadn't been refurbished in years - the cleanliness of the store was also poor with so many goods all over the floor from clothing to even their ultra-small technology section which was mainly cheap sets of headphones (come on who wants them after they've got dirty through being trodded on?) The store again seemed slightly understaffed with the staff mainly congregating around the tills - they even ignored items all over the floor right in front of them which for me is just careless. Perhaps once a great store, and a nice brand to have in Warrington but they seem to take the concept of being a little like a jumble store where you can find bargains here into a mess with this being one of the poorer TK Maxx branches I've visited - nearby branches in Liverpool and Manchester are much larger, cleaner and simply better.

This is the only branch of Dorothy Perkins in Liverpool City Centre. This considered you would…read moreexpect the branch to be large, well stocked and something of a flagship store. Unfortunately it is none of these, which is a pity. The store is nowhere near as big as some of the adjoining fashion stores and it has been poorly organised making it very difficult to find anything. The items are squashed together and in some areas the poor lighting makes it difficult to see items clearly. The sections are not clearly marked and it can be difficult to find certain items such as jeans or coats without wandering round the shop until you come across them by chance. It can be difficult to find the size you want as even though this is the only shop in the city centre they do not seem to have a good stock of all the different sizes of each item available. Sometimes there will only be a couple of sizes on the rails and no more stock elsewhere when you ask. The staff, although there are many of them, are not very helpful. They will point you to a part of the shop you can find an item but will not take you there unless you ask specifically. When you ask if another size is in stock than what is on the rails they will either say no without bothering to ask, or disappear in the back for a moment and then tell you it is not in the back, even they clearly have not had enough time to check thoroughly. When browsing round the store no one will ever ask you if you need any help. It is a shame that this shop is so poor as if more of an effort was made this could be an excellent place but instead it is a mediocre shop and i prefer to shop on the website instead.

They don't mind if you don't buy anything, if you just browse, if you just want the kids feet measured even. They have a loyalty scheme for the kids - I think you can get 10% off. Their sales are quite good but the only thing that lets them down is that their prices are absolutely standard! Even their sales prices are the same every year, its set in stone i think! They sell the usual handbags and shoe cleaners but really their service is so good, always full of staff, always happy to help so I would recommend them.

It has a large selection of women's clothing across both its' floors with a smaller selection for men on the upper floor - there is also a home section which is pretty useful as not all H&M stores have this. From the outside, the store stands out and looks pretty good, and with it being new the store is pretty modern inside too and they do have some items at good prices too. I do feel the store is let-down by having a much smaller men's selection compared to women with ladies' fashion being the whole of the ground floor (other than the home area) and part of upstairs too (which is also shared with a men's and children's area) Decent store towards the high end of a three-star rating, yet I do feel improving the men's selection would do wonders and help the store in the long-run.
