Long story short, the customer service (I was helped by Evan) was second to none. I felt like a king here. Not pushy at all, great advice in terms of fit, and I felt very comfortable. After experiencing the worst experience of my life at Tom's Place (used car sales men who sells suits), I was so happy to be here. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, otherwise, I would have gladly paid an extra $400 just to buy a brand name suit with Evan. And surprisingly, the selection of suits (and other clothes and accessories) were very good! Although, they do carry "out of season" clothes, they're just as good as in season, especially with the prices. Definitely recommend checking out!

The outlet is no exception to that rule, just that there appear to be a lot more gaudy units in stock. I happen to like gaudy dress furnishings so we paired well in that regard. Heartland is a crap mall to begin with and I don't think Harry's Outlet brings much of anything to draw me back here.

Winners stores have brand name clothing, footwear, bedding, furniture, fine jewellery, beauty products, and housewares. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other Winners stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. Staff are helpful and checkouts are fairly quick.

Lately, there seemed to be a price jump and their aesthetics have changed. It's definitely more fussier with less office wear. I feel they're more targetting someone in California than someone in Toronto. The storefront reminds you of a boutique storefront that took over an old Victorian home. Instead of an open modern space, the store is cut into small rooms and it's very hard to get an idea of all the clothes available. Im sure I've missed out on some decent pieces ever since they changed to this way. As for the quality and costs, I think the quality has held over time but the costs certainly have gone up. A short sleeved flowy cotton top $150? Simple cotton shift is $180? None of these designs have intricate stitching or designs.... they're all simple basics. Yes they are better than Banana Republic but are they 3 times better? No. As for service, I find it hit and miss. Sometimes you'll have a really nice and helpful staff and then the other times, a dismissive bored staff who is constantly on their phone. I think I've stopped consistently coming to Club Monaco once they moved to their new spot and changed their staff. Sometimes they have good deals and you can find a decent item but with all the recent changes, good luck finding it!

The customer service has been consistently great whenever I come in and their always ready to serve you whether you buy something or not. I always find that some of their stores elsewhere are a bit of a snob (and I have an issue about that, thus I do not go back there unless I really have to) but this store is welcoming. So that is a MAJOR plus. And the selections are spread out really nicely and I like the look the new store has compared to the other ones I saw. And oh, they have a little display of pre-loved/vintage chanel pieces if your interested. Which I never knew they carried!

I do prefer Guess because they have the Asian petite fit for cocktail dresses-the north American Small rarely fit and I have to squeeze into an XXS which can be hit and miss. I bought 2020 some really awesome wedges, the clearance for footwear is abundant but style selection limited. So it's a hit and miss for me. As of late this store seems to be overrun with infant clothing so if you're looking for something it might be here if you're a size "baby".

My experience was actually negative as compared to other customers. I went in here to buy a pair of…read moreshoes but i didnt find the staff to be helpful. They need more training on how to assist customers when they are looking for something specific. They brought the shoes out and i told them i cant decide and the reply i get is "so buy both" that in my opinion is unprofessional. After that he left everything and never came back. When i went to checkout to pay, the girl didnt even put the shoes properly in the box, it was almost like she dumped it in. She has no smile on her face she was not interacting. She handed the bag over to me and that was it. It was a very poor customer service experience. I dont think im going back to this store.
