Seither betreibt man die Vermietung, Verwaltung und Werbung. Auf einer Gesamtfläche von 19.000 m² befinden sich ca. 70 Geschäfte, mit insgesamt ca. 570 Mitarbeitern. Abgerundet wird das Sortiment mit elf Gastronomiebetrieben und sieben Lebensmittelgeschäften. Es werden auch Veranstaltungen (Bildungsveranstaltungen, Clubbings, Redewettbewerbe, etc.) durchgeführt. Den Kunden stehen 900 Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Im Frühjahr 2005 wurde ein größerer Zubau errichtet und die Gesamtfläche auf 23.000 m² vergrößert. Mitte 2007 wurde ein Zubau eröffnet. Seither verfügt man über eine Gesamtfläche von 28.000 m².
