We wanted something simple, but typical of the region of South Of France and we were all happy. One of the dish was a "Gratin Ardéchois" which is a very humble and comfort food type of dish, yet almost everyone had seconds. The dessert was a very refreshing fruit salad, with a touch of rum... A French touch or rum. The whole event was wonderful and the service was great and easy. I will for sure think of this young French company for my next event.
