Returned today to have the bottles re-filled, as promised I would be able to when I first bought them, but then they say they can't refill them because that specific soap 'scent' is not being produced anymore. They flat out refuse to refill my soap bottles because there might still be a little bit of mint scent left. "So what?" I say, it's my soap bottle and I don't care if the refill still smells a little like mint. "We don't do that" is the reply I get. W. T. F? And then, in the middle of all this, some friends of the lady working there walk in, so she abruptly stops talking to me, and instead starts talking with her friends. Terrible customer service. Terrible policies. Terrible people working there. They fail at the one thing they promise to do: give you refillable soap. If I could give this place a minus rating, I would.

This was the only place in the area that offered the service. I immediately called and asked if I could swing by later in the day. The lady that assisted me over the phone ws extremely polite and was able to give me an appointment which I greatly appreciated at such short notice. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the sleek decor and cleanliness of the office which made me more comfortable. I was greeted and escorted to the back by one of the nurses. I forget his name but he was very nice. He explained the process to me, asked which treatment I wanted and got it ready. He was very informative and took his time setting me up. The whole process took less than an hour. He unhooked me and I made my way back to the front where I paid my bill. It's not a cheap experience ($200 to be exact) but I did feel better. I noticed they also offer other services such as cosmetic procedures. So if you are in the area and need a boost from hard partying, exhaustion, dehydration or illness, this is a good place to get IV Vitamin therapy.
