We decided what the heck it is what we want and the price was something we could not say no to. We were not able to arrange our time off for nearly a month and they held it for us for a very small deposit. It is at 27 Hour Drive and with road construction we ended being a couple hours late. They were still very nice, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable people and we will recommend them to people in the future. Originally I came just because they were the only dealer with the model and features I wanted but also $15000.00 less than any other dealer in 300 miles radius, I checked! I had been looking for months and was being very picky about features, cost and build quality. My hat off to RAM, I almost walked away after having bought a complete lemon that eas pretty but junk and highly disappointing. RAM fixed every single thing wrong on my new 2017 which was so disappointing. They really pulled it out and delivered a great truck. Back to the dealer; at this point I had dozens of dealers and some downright evil sales people hounding me, lying, etc and I won't spend much time on that. But this dealer was straight up, honest and didn't pull any tricks or treat me poorly either. I was emailing and calling them a lot because they were so far away. They were patient but not pestering. There was a pricing error on one of the websites (not theirs but the factory version) they straightened it out and we moved forward. It only took me minutes to decide about the truck, I'd already driven dozens and knew exactly what I was looking for. My sales guy was professional, not to personal or probing. After awhile we warmed up to each other and because friendly at the right time. The trade in for my pretty 2017 was fair if not a little less than other dealers but as I said they beat the price by $15,000 from anywhere else with the same features I was after. The process to get through finance was ok, it's never great anywhere. But they did not try and get me to buy extra stuff or insurance. They worked with me to get the financing I wanted without strong arming me. They offered some of the extra stuff like paint seal and extended warranty but it was brief and no pressure. I honestly would buy here again, I trusted them and I felt respected. Last, they also sell boats and vacation real estate out of the same dealership which gave it a quirky small town vibe I liked. I literally will drive three hours for honest respectful service, I got it here, thanks!

I just wanted to tell others that Huelett is a great place to take your car for maintenance. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional When you enter the door there is always someone there to guide you to the direction you need to go to. I have never bought a car there, but if I ever am in need for a new vehicle, this is where I plan to buy from. While my Tesla was in his possession, he hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to get information. After arriving at my home, it took approximately an hour just to unload my vehicle in front of my driveway. From what I observed, it appeared he was unfamiliar with towing a Tesla, which was very concerning. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Although the business responded, I did not receive the resolution I was seeking. The BBB closed the complaint as "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." In my opinion, the BBB process did not resolve my concerns. I encourage anyone using a towing company--especially for an electric vehicle--to ask whether the driver has experience towing that type of vehicle, document the condition of the vehicle with photos before and after the tow whenever possible, and keep all paperwork. This review reflects my personal experience.
