Like many folks, trying to make that first phone call to ask for help was nothing less than humiliating and painful. I felt confused and scared. I made the first call to Mr. Dray about 6:00 pm at night and he answered the phone immediately. His kindness was evident and he immediately made an appointment for us to meet him within 3 days. When we met with him, he offered a free first consult visit that lasted about an hour. During that time, he actively listened to our situation and then freely shared all options open to us and answered any and all questions effectively. During the time from the first consult and then throughout the several months it took to finally file and get the 341 court meeting set up, Mr. Dray was consistent and attentive. He treated us as if we were his only clients. He responded to phone calls within an hour of leaving a message on his cell. He responded to emails within several hours and went above and beyond with his responses. Clearly he took the time to meet our needs. We always felt like he truly cared about making a difference for his clients ....right down to the final bankruptcy pieces. We were never in the dark or felt alone. Once we made the decision to work with Clark Dray, he was our mentor and guided us through the bankruptcy process slowly and painlessly. They give you one price and then "discover something" and hit you with a change order (more billable hours). It is very refreshing that Sharon Weikel has integrity. We are disappointed we can't use her for our updates. We are keeping her card for possible future referrals to friends.

My friend had met a woman named Kelsey who gave him her card. He said that she was extremely intelligent so I gave her a call. Since I am currently out of state, I was worried about communication. However, Kelsey quickly got in touch with me. We had an initial video call that lasted about an hour. She was creative with how to get the information I needed. I paid a retainer to get Arrowhead Investigations started on an intensive background investigation and two days of surveillance. One night, I got the scoop on some activities that I thought could be useful for the investigation. I called Kelsey at about 1am and she was filming within the hour. It was reassuring to know that I had someone on my side like that. This investigation took about two weeks. Any time I had a question, Kelsey was easy to reach. At the end of this, I received a substantial report and a DVD with footage and photos. The investigation found a few pieces of unexpected information that gave me an extra edge. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally, I had to significantly cut back on hours at my other job to take this opportunity. I was not able to get all of my shifts back after my temp job was over. Through this process Aimhire cost me both time and money; I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
