Hours of operations are never followed and when I was there during hours of operation and they were closed, John "Lord Caktis" Lesjak cam out and was very rude and dismissive and told me that he does not need clients he is already do someone. Poor customer service by weak artist. If this is how they treat returning customers, I hate to see how they treat new ones. Avoid at all costs. read more

I got one of my tattoos done here and my husbands sleeve is a work in progress @ this location I will continue to use Ben for my tatttoos, as long as possible. He's very talented and does a really great job. PROS: Talented, beyond belief The shop has a really cool feel to it; very comfortable and clean. Ben is a fantastic artist and made me feel at ease with my first tattoo. As mentioned in some reviews, it does take a while to get an appointment but that is due to demand, and he is well worth the wait! Ben is also seeing me at the shop a week or two after my work so he can check on the healing - great people, great tats, great atmosphere. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Stepping into Human Production is like walking into an art gallery. I have been tattooed by both Amber and Jesse. The first time, Amber took me EARLY at 11am (the shop doesn't open until noon)and although I was nervous, she explained the entire procedure and what to expect. Amber has such a sweet, free spirited personality. She and Jesse are ridiculously talented and obviously put time & effort into creating their artwork. My fiancé gets tattooed at least every other month here-I'm not exaggerating. Ben, the owner, has always greeted me upon entering & everyone has offered me bottled water-great for longer sessions! Horrible service!! Jesse was rude and inconsiderate, not helpful at all, basically seemed pissed he had to give me a tattoo, and drew up a completely different scretch than what I asked for, I legit cancelled my appointment and just lost the 120 deposit that's how bad it was there. read more

I have never experienced a group of people so rude. I made an appointment to get 2 small tattoo's touched up. When I made the appointment I was told Ben prefers to have a deposits put down and that I should email him with pictures of my tattoo's and what I would like to have done with them... Well I emailed him 3 times and he never responded. Then finally a woman from the shop called me and said that Ben was not going to look at my pictures and discuss my ideas. If I want anything added to my tattoo's he would basically ad-lib it the day of my appointment. She reminded me that I needed to put down a deposits. I explained that I would mail a check if needed, but I would not have the opportunity to stop in, in person with cash before the appointment. I was told that was unacceptable and they canceled the appointment that I wait 2 months for. read more

Decided to go to HP because of location, and reviews. My first session was great, tattoo was larger in size and in detail Amber was friendly and shop seemed clean. The reason I gave 2 stars is I had at least 2-3 more sessions to finish my piece. Right after 1st session I scheduled second, they are busy so a Saturday was over a month out ( no biggie, it's worth the wait right?) then it was rescheduled only a short time after, I didn't ask why and then we reschedule for another month from that. A week before this appointment I was called by reception and told my artist forgot she was going to be camping and we had to reschedule..ok this is getting a little ridiculous so I once again said sure and made the appointment for JANUARY (1st one back in October) this time I wanted to make a very small change to my design and was told no worries Amber can quickly add to it right before appointment. I emailed it 3 days prior with a simple change no reply back...And got a phone call less than 4 hours before my appointment blaming me for the changes and they had to cancel my appointment! Even though when I told them back a few months ago about the design addition they said I could tell her same day as appointment...which I didn't I have 3 days and was not even told until day of they were canceling. I was naturally disappointed and upset and asked when they could reschedule have not heard back from her..I would not recommend HP do to the fact it is highly unorganized and they blame their clients for their lack of communication. If you want the same artist to continue your piece and don't mind the games they play then this is your place but I'm sure their are TONS of other great Studios who want your business! read more

First of all, to be up front, I only have two tattoos. That said, Ben at Human Production has done both, and to be honest, I will never go to anyone else (I plan on getting more...many more...but the total amount is up to my wife :/). Honest truth though. First and foremost, his work is AMAZING, to say the least. But let's dig deeper. Not only did he create some awesome artwork (I drew the first, but he mastered it; the second...he drew on the sport...UNREAL), but he showed up on a day that his business was closed just to do my tattoo. I'm not going to say that this guy is ALWAYS going to bend over backwards to accommodate everyone's needs, but the fact that he showed up on an off day was enough for me to know that this guy was legit and committed to his work and his customers. And let's not sell the rest of the staff short. Seriously, just show up at the place. Check out the artwork that adorns the place. Check out the artists' portfolios. It's an art gallery. Ben is legit and so are the rest of the crew at Human Production. My only regret...seriously my only regret...is the fact that I wrote such a complementary review. Because the only negative to my experience (and it's a stretch to say that), is that when you book Ben, you have to wait a few months...because he's that in demand. But seriously, wouldn't you rather wait a couple months to get literally the greatest ink you've ever gotten, rather than show up to some skin scratch place that'll put some generic garbage on you? Long story short, check this place out. True professionals and a chill atmosphere (again, I'm not exactly covered in tattoos but I feel right at home). All I can say is, big thanks to Ben and Human Production, and I can't wait to see you guys again. read more
