I called very frequently, especially when I saw an opening that I was qualified (often overqualified) for, but those all seemed to be filled almost as soon as they were posted. The few jobs they did try to match me with were with horrible companies for basically minimum wage, places that it made perfect sense they had trouble finding employees for. Having recently moved back to Spokane I decided to start my job search by registering with a temp agency while I looked for full time permanent work as an EA. The process of signing on was quick and easy and I felt like they spent a good amount of time listening to my work history asking good questions along the way. They also asked what I am hoping to do in the future and what roles I have enjoyed the most. Cindy at Humanix texted me asking how things were going and if I was looking for work. I saw a posting on Indeed posted from Humanix, and after carefully looking over the qualifications, I found that I was clearly qualified (actually overqualified) and asked her to look into that job for me and that I would like to be set up for an interview. We talked on the phone and she told me that her boss thought that I was not qualified for that position. I asked her to let me talk to her boss about it. Later she texted me and explained that her boss told her that the job had been filled, but I kept seeing the job being posted on Indeed. I texted her about this and asked her if she lied to me. She texted back and told me no and that her boss told her that and that I shouldn't use Humanix any longer, that I am not a good fit for Humanix, to use another agency. I needed a job for swing, I notified them everyday, a lot of the times they didn't respond. A worker named Scott there is very rude, do not work with him. I worked on swing for two months and it didn't work out for my family, when I asked for help to find something on day they said they weren't sure if they wanted to help because it made them "nervous." Just because one job didn't work for me they weren't willing to help further. Very bad company, only out for profit not out to help you! read more

At first I thought it was a great company! Found out how horrible it was after 2 weeks. I was treated horrible when I called to let them know I found a permanent job. Now trying for weeks to get my W-2 from them and can't get it. They never return phone calls or emails. So happy to be away from the company.... read more

This was a waste of time applying here when they never find you any work. If you think this will help you at all it wont. They act like they are the greatest and you will find lots of work but it is all empty promises. read more
