We ordered our food and the waiter was extremely friendly and catering. We ordered the wonton soup and it was probably the best wonton soup I've ever had. Service was quick (we were the only ones there). I'm assuming they do a lot of to-go orders. I got sweet and sour chicken. Was a little bland and soggy but my boyfriend loved his orange chicken. It's unfortunate the low scored reviews because of delivery.....although while my friend and I dined there there were clients that had wrong pick up orders and wrong delivery meals. Ordered and after an hour and a half we never got our order. Mind you, we live barely 5 minutes away. When called, were told the driver was on their way delivering. After 10 minutes we called to complain and was basically told it was my fault because I changed my order 3 minutes after originally placing my order. When I told them to just cancel order, we didn't want cold food, I was hung up on. 3 minutes later (making it 1 hour and 43 minutes from placed order) the food was delivered. I don't know why there are low ratings. This place is actually pretty good. I've yet to try an entre that I didn't like. The salt and pepper shrimp is tasty and I haven't found a better tasting dish by that name at another Chinese bistro. The Mongolian dishes come with onions (I love onions) and are flavorful. The shrimp fried rice is HUGE for 7$ and lasts two or more days. Tasty egg rolls and soups. Friendly staff. So, why the low ratings? We ordered from here. The Lo Mein was good. We also ordered the garlic broccoli. It was also good, until we found a long black hair in it! Disgusting!!! The food is good but I guess they need a class on customer service, not to say that I had a bad experience but I would voice what other's are saying about this place, most of the bad reviews was for bad service, I almost didn't got but upon recommendations from my community, I gave it a shot. I have been going to this place for years and never had a problem until today. Today was the second time in a row for me ordering from them that they messed up where to deliver my meal. I tried calling them and every time, they would hang up on me. It took two (2) people other than myself to get a refund for the food. It fills my heart with sadness that this happened. First experience here. Got a order for take out. Easy order over the phone and was ready when I got there in 30 min,s as I was told. Food was excellent best I have had in many years. All entree's were made to order which I like in any restaurant. Staff was very efficient and courteous upon arrival. Very clean which is important to me. Best Kung Poa Chicken I have had in years. Portions were very big for the price. My wife and brother in law loved there dinners also. The crab puffs were awesome and my wife is a crab puff connoisseur so they met her approval. Ordered and received an item that was not correct. I even asked the young lady what was on the sushi roll before ordering. Called back after we got order and asked again and what was on it and she told me again . I told her order was wrong.... after 5 minutes she says they will give me 20% off future roll. 1st time ordering from here. I always get my favorite dish to test out a Chinese restaurant so I ordered the Kung Pao chicken. It was actually pretty good, but the egg rolls were overdone and extremely greasy and normally I'm not that picky about grease but this was wayy too greasy and made it taste bad. I called and ordered two Hunan Sesame Chicken dinners. The manager Lee Lee said the order would take 45 minutes to an hour. I waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food it never arrived. I called back to ask when should it arrive. Lee Lee stated it is taking a while because of other deliveries. (NOT MY PROBLEM) Lee Lee was very rude and rushed me off the phone. Tonight we placed an order, I told the lady cash over the phone and when the delivery girl arrived she told my husband that they are not allowed to give change. What?!?!? Never in my life have I heard of this. I'm sorry, but you are not receiving a $14 tip. Saw many bad reviews here because of delivery, but this one was a pick-up. The lomein and paid thai were extremely blend, especially the pai thai that tasted nothing like it was supposed to be. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef and California roll. The chicken had a gamey, over defrosted taste but they give you a healthy portion of chicken. I'm gambling and hopefully I'm fine in the morning. The beef is bland and is about 70% onions. So far the California roll is decent and the winner out of the three. The sushi roll fills a To Go box.
