Unsure why this place has less than 4 stars, I thought the interior experience was great, the options were great, the service was helpful and it was overall a great KBBQ experience. If i'm ever back in the area I will 100% be back Parking is a normal shopping plaza experience, the inside was clean, and the decor was very cute / cool. I wish I took more photos. They had a sauce / sides bar, you can order via ipad which is my faaaaav and I love having the options to do both bbq and hot pot.

All you can eat Korean BBQ and Hotpot! You can choose to just do Hotpot or just do Korean BBQ and you can also do both at the same time! The birthday guest gets to eat free but you must have at least four people to get the free birthday guest! The other part of the birthday guest is that also sit at least four people, either three days before or after, the birthday guest gets a 50% off birthday discount with a free dessert! The best part is that there's always free ice cream at the end! The staff are always kind and polite! I really recommend this place to people who love Korean BBQ and hotpot, especially an all you can eat style!

What a great experience! I've been waiting to finally try Hot Pot, and I finally got the chance to this afternoon. Hungry Pot has a great vibe to it; a fun interior with friendly and helpful staff. Our waitress was great at explaining everything and also making sure we had everything we needed. We obviously got a multitude of meats, veggies and noodles. My favorite combo was the Tom Yum broth with noodles, spinach & miso pork belly... but honestly, everything was good. It's a bit pricey, but based on what you get it's worth it!! A fun spot for groups or a date night.

Have gone plenty of times. We always get the BBQ amd hot pot option and are blown away every time, the broth is so flavorful and yummy and the options are dare I say overwhelming! Thay also have a sauce and extras bar in the back that also has so many options! The also have a wide variety on their drink/cocktail menu. The place is lively with lots to look at and the service is always spot on! Can't wait to go back!

Came on a Saturday night around 6 for 4, was told the wait is around 30-45min so we put our name down. When I got the text notification, we are 35th place in line. Ended up waiting for 90mins and got seated 7:30. Server came quickly to give the run down on how it works and show us how to order on the iPad. We opted for kbbq only and the food came quickly after we ordered them. The condiments bar and side dishes had a good selection. We were happy to have something to snack on while the meat was grilling. Our server also came by regularly to check if everything was good and to switch out our grill plates. Overall great experience but don't rely on the estimated wait time provided. We saw many ppl having hot pot as well and food selection looks great so will likely return to try that we are in the area again!

We are always suspicious of chains but this one was great! No reservations was a concern but we got a table for 6 instantly at 6pm. In a few minutes it was packed with lines out the door. Service was swift and mostly helpful but do your hotpot research first if you are a newbie. It's a deceptively large joint and can get noisy, hot & steamy, even in winter. Fresh veggies and meat. Typical tablet order. All you can eat in 2 hours. And all at a reasonable price. Only one good local beer on menu, though. We only did hotpot. Next time bbq!

I've been wanting to try this place for a few months once I saw it driving through Natick. Tonight I finally made it and it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere is fun and very modern, with all kinds of neon decor, unique lighting, and colorful wall decor. You can either get Korean barbecue or hotpot, for a flat rate. You get two hours to dine and order unlimited food (but they will charge if you order more food than you eat and waste it - they would charge per pound). We got the hotpot. At each table is four hotpot burners and one central barbecue grill. You order from a tablet at each table - first you pick your broths, and then all kinds of meats and vegetables to cook in the broth. Once your order is sent in they bring it out so quickly - they roll out a cart full of your ingredients in probably 1-2 minutes. Then you can begin boiling everything. It's a really fun experience to select all kinds of mix-ins and do the cooking yourself (it's really simple). I got to try all kinds of things I don't normally eat, like squid, lotus root, several varieties of mushrooms, and different cuts of beef. The broths were delicious and the ingredients took on a bit of their flavor. I was so full by the end of it, and it was definitely worth the price. If you go on a weekday before dinner time it's a lower price, and would be a great deal. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for a fun, hands-on dining experience!

Came here on a Friday night. It was packed but they were able to sit us without any wait so that was nice. There is no reservation. I got the all you can eat hot pot. This was my first experience and it was a blast. I had such a fun time picking the meats and vegetables. I got the Thai Tom Yum base which was sweet and spicy. The means and vegetables all tasted fresh and easy to cook. The sauce bar was my favorite part to try to make different flavors. The restaurant itself is very likely and fun music. The service was good as well. Overall, I had a great time and would love to come again

While we waited for the replacement for Minado to open, we went to Hungry Pot in Natick. The place is very clean and modern looking. The staff was friendly and they took time to explain how ordering works (via an iPad tablet at your table). Adequate parking up front. Located right across from Shoppers World. You can choose between a combo of Hotpot or BBQ or both - we went with both. They have large tables that accommodate larger parties...we were a party of 6 and their oversized booth was perfect. Despite the large tables size, there is only one grill for all to share. However, you each have a hot spot for an individual (large bowl sized) hot pot. I liked how easy it was to order what we wanted. Food was segregated between hotpot and BBQ sections. Once you submit, they bring it out to your table. The BBQ (just ONE for the whole table) does take some time to heat up to temperature. They were good about replacement the grill as it got dirty. The meats tasted okay. The hot pot was extremely salty though. This is nothing like Spring Shabu Shabu where there are tons of sauces for you to create the perfect dip. It's not even like Happy Lamb that has a smaller selection. Actually, we didn't need it as the hot pot was extremely salty...we barely ate anything. The snow crabs were not good at all, big disappointment. If you want that, go to Sora Buffet, down the street (the place that replaced Minado). One thing I will commend them on is the chicken wings. I really liked those...best thing I had during my visit. Pricing was $294.93 before tip for a party of 6. If you haven't tried Sora buffet next door, go there first.

I'm always game to try a new Korean BBQ, and the concept here is great. Maybe it was an off night... but unfortunately there were several aspects that missed the mark. So, for a set price, you can order, grill and eat all the meats you desire for two hours. Overall ordering the meat/veggies is made super simple with an iPad. Some of the marinades are super delicious. However, while they're prompt about bringing the meat, they plop them down without explaining what they are... and when you're trying all 3 - 4 flavors of pork belly, you'd like to know which is which. On top of that, while they take your initial drink order, trying to flag down a server to get a second drink order proved to be a challenge. If I'm going to eat for nearly 2 hours straight... I'm going to need at least a second round of drinks. However, that may have been because most of the servers were actively combatting flooding coming out of the bathroom. Not sure what was the cause, but when I headed back I was informed it was closed as they pushed nearly an inch of water around with push brooms and mops. Like I said, it probably was an off night. The space man decor was super cute. But, there are better Korean BBQs around with comparable prices, and much better service,

Great choices to choose from, especially with dinner menu. Service was great. Would have been great if the spicy broth was spicier.

It even has a fireplace which I imagine is a cozy addition in the winter. If you're lucky, you might even hear the commuter rail rush by during your meal. The service at the restaurant is great with the servers being incredibly attentive. To start us off, we were given a bowl of cheese bread - these were addictive and super tasty! I had to control myself and turn down the offer of another round because I didn't want to get too full on bread alone. As for the meat, servers make rounds around the dining room with various grilled meats that they cut off for you right at the table. They come by every few minutes so you will never be left waiting long. My personal favorite was the top sirloin! I do wish there were some more exotic options, such as chicken gizzards / hearts as I've had at other Brazilian restaurants. The buffet area had some good dishes. I appreciated the salad section and side dishes to help offset the heaviness of the meat. I do wish that the buffet area was larger and had more variety, but overall I was happy with my food. I did feel that the restaurant was a bit expensive and was a little disappointed to see that there were no free dessert offerings included in the buffet price. I would come back but only for truly special occasions as it was pricer than other AYCE places I've been.

This was our first time going since it had opened as the Fireside Tavern. It is fair to say we were underwhelmed. My wife ordered a Dirty Martini and it had a lot of vermouth in it which is not the correct way to prepare it. For an appetizer we got the Calamari which was very good. Crispy and tender with delicious hot peppers added in as well. For the main courses we got the Chicken Piccata severed over Gnocchi which was good but nothing special. Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. DINNERS BEWARE I…read morehave eaten here three times. This was the fourth visit. Every single time I have announced, "I have a food allergy and can only have meat. Is the meat made with anything besides meat? Any seasonings? Any oils of any kind?" And every time I've been told, "No, just meat, nothing else", by more than one employee. And every time, I noticed the pork, specifically, tasted garlicky. But out of trust of what I was told and hunger, I always ate it. And to be fair, meat is delicious. It's obvious why the restaurant is so popular. But that's not the point at all. The point is I asked about seasonings again this time, like always. And this time the guy cutting the meat did say that there's garlic... "ON EVERYTHING". So I specifically asked, "How could that be? I was told every single time I've eaten here that the meat doesn't have anything besides meat." The meat cutter and someone else who I guess is a supervisor clarified for me that , "Yes, everything is seasoned with at least garlic and furthermore, it's all basted in SOYBEAN OIL." Holy crap, that's not even kind of serious, that's EXTREMELY serious. Someone with bad enough of an allergy could have an anaphylactic reaction and DIE. Anyway, I expressed my frustration as politely as I could that they need to be more careful, politely turned away my plate of food and went back to my table to wait for my cousin to finish eating. A couple of minutes later the manager came over and asked me about the situation so I told her the story and she apologized. She was very kind and accommodating, letting me know if I call ahead next time they can prepare food for me the way I want, with just meat and nothing else. That's very nice. During the conversation she made me aware that there were a couple of the dishes that absolutely just had meat and salt and NOTHING ELSE, EVER. To be fair, it wasn't forced on me. I just said, "If that's ACTUALLY the case, then I would just order and eat those two options and I'd be okay with that." She assured me that it was the case and that it was JUST meat, so I trusted it and agreed. Big mistake. I get my plate of meat and go back to my seat and start eating. Immediately, I can taste garlic and seasoning and I find what is unmistakably a caraway seed among other herb bits crusted on the meat. SERIOUSLY?! AFTER ALL THAT? I bring it to the attention of the supervisor and she's just like , "Oh really?" And apologizes. And then we left. Good riddance. Look, everyone. The point of this VERY NEGATIVE review is not out of spite. The last thing I would want to do is hurt a business of genuinely nice, hard working people who are making a living feeding people. But the reality is THEY COULD HURT SOMEBODY OR WORSE with their negligence. I'd like to add that I understand that in a place like this there is likely a language barrier much of the time. That's fine but that's completely not acceptable for food service, not in America, anyway. Employees should be trained about food safety standards and allergy concerns, no matter what. To be clear and fair, I love Brazilian people and culture. That's why we we were eating there. It's not a knock on them or any one group of people. But there are standards here for a reason. Now I'm leaving upset with a low-grade pressure headache, a tight throat, and mild nausea from ingesting what is luckily just a few bites of seed oil and who knows what kinds of seasoning. Every time I've eaten here previously, I felt off afterwards in a similar way. It's definitely not just from a food coma. This NEVER happens to me. I eat only meat until I'm stuffed every single day. And I feel great. I always trusted their word and assumed it was something else causing me to feel that way, and didn't make the connection with their food. I'm writing this review 3 hours later and I still feel sick as described. This review is a warning to others. They DESERVE any negative scrutiny it brings their business. Maybe next time they will be more careful. DINERS BEWARE.
