Wolfords tights cost a lot, but you get what you pay for! With their tights you get a real article of clothing, not just something you'll have to throw out after a few weeks. Their stockings are smooth and comfortable, never itchy, they come in wonderfully creative colors and patterns and you can wear them over and over again for YEARS! I'm not kidding. I don't even hand wash them anymore. I just throw them in with the rest of the laundry (not the dryer). I haven't had a run in a Wolfords stocking yet! The people at the Kärtnerstrasse store are well-informed and helpful. I like coming to this location for that reason. The body suits and bras they sell are also top quality. Really, the quality can't be beat!

Most of the ladies who have assisted me at Clazedonia have been pretty nice and surprisingly patient - I imagine it's a pain in the ass if someone wants to try on more than one size of a pair of leggings or something, since that kind of garment is difficult to repackage, and since they are also mindful of how many garments they give you to try on at a time (to prevent shoplifting, I suppose). However, my beef with Calzedonia, aside from its pricey-ness and cramped-ness, is that when I tried on some leggings a while back and went to purchase them, the lady picked up the wrong pair (they had some out to try on, I suppose so that they wouldn't have to repackage every pair tried on). It's partly my fault for not paying closer attention, but the new pair of leggings was like €10 more expensive! AND I couldn't return them - only exchange, and even then, only exchange for certain items in the store. Of course, I thought it was odd that they were so expensive (I would not even try on €25 leggings, after all), but I had already paid by the time I realized it (my mistake). It wasn't until I got home and tried on the garment that I realized the other mistake - the chick's - and read the receipt (re: their exchange policy for this garment). Oh brother! The worst part is that the new leggings looked worse on me than the original/cheaper pair, so I had to go through the process all over again: returning to the store, hassle with exchanging them, but only for certain items, etc. Yes, this was an isolated incident and partly my fault, but on other visits it's been equally chaotic, and I maintain that the place is just too overpriced. While I like the pieces that I have from there now, I won't be going back.

I have returned the product to the store but was informed that as I did not have the receipt nothing can be done. This was not my first purchase of this type of legging as I wore the leather effect leggings for a long time with no problems. The clear indifference and disregard of customer happiness of Calzedonia is frankly very disappointing. I, myself, am in Textile industry as a producer / exporter to many High-end brands and we as the producers are expected to stand behind our products' quality.

The employees are furthermore very patient, and you're even allowed to try on certain garments, so long as they don't include panty hose/stockings, or items that would be unhygienic to try on. (I've only tried on a handful of items so I'm not sure about all of the limitations, but that you can try on some garments seems pretty cool, particularly ..well, untraditional lingerie, if you will.) I really cannot stress enough how wide a variety of items they carry, and their prices seem fairly reasonable for a local store, that is, buying sex toys or whatever here instead of online. Also, this store is huge. HUGE. They have entire sections dedicated to "gay interests", BDSM and, of course, porn. There's even a porn theater of sorts, which I haven't checked out so unfortunately I can't tell you about it. Granted I'm no expert on sex shops in Vienna, but I'd nevertheless suggest this one if you're in the market for something they sell, or if you'd like to see something in person before buying it online. Maybe it could even give you some ideas you'd never considered before. ;-)
