She was never in a hurry or distracted, she was attentive and personable, listened well, explained what she was doing and made sure I understood all the "homework" instructions before I left. This led to an overall wellness assessment which showed me how many issues I have with my body, but unfortunately I could not go forward with any treatments as it was just not in our budget at that time. The staff did give me a few pointers for adjustments I could make at home to help improve my health. Back to the couples massage class. It was an acupressure massage class where the instructor showed us how to pin-point and treat pain on our partner. While the treatments were effective, they were not the relaxing pain-release massage I had been hoping for - still very useful. My favourite part of the experience was the instructor: she LOVES her job, and genuinely wants to help her students and patients.
