We have been patients of this practice since 1982. My parents were kicked out when Dr. Sanzaro retired. We were kicked out when Dr Cao left. The service is abysmal. Patients went from people who were cared for to file folders in a door to be processed. Don't go here for care, you won't get it. read more

Really disappointed with the care at this facility. Front desk seemed nice. Didn't wait long. Doctor arrives and asked some basic questions but asked if I had other concerns and I mention a few things and she says I need a separate appointment for this. So why did I go? Won't be returning. read more

Love his practice and have been a patient for more than 10 years. Whomever is in charge now, must prefer quantity over quality. I have only been able to get one appointment with my Primary physician this year. I have been there two other times, seeing other Doctors in the practice and not receiving the usual attention that I think I should have. Went today, seeing another doctor in the practice. Tried to get a follow up with my Doctor but she is booked until mid January. Waiting almost 3 months for a physical is crazy! This practice has either too many patients or no enough doctors! My wife recently tried to be seen for a compelling infection which turned into an emergency! If this practice doesn't start focusing on quality over quantity, they are gong to loose more patients! There are other Doctors out there. The patients are suffering some bad decisions being made. You need to stop accepting new patients and care for the ones you have, or get a bigger location, more doctors, and soon! read more

Love this practice. They provide great quality care and treat you as a partner in your health. I've had several challenging issues across myself and fam members and they've worked so hard to get things resolved. Definitely recommend!!! read more

Love the doctors in this practice but the management and scheduling leave everything to be desired. Been waiting an hour now for a confirmed appointment, and the doctor is going between 2 other rooms and here we sit. This is the Last time I will ever wait. Too many other alternatives. read more
