After more than a week, I had no contact nor estimate. I called again, but got no answer. I did an internet search for their home office/headquarters and called them. They assured me that someone would call back in a few days. That was more than two weeks ago. I guess they just have more business than they know what to do with.

He has also on multiple occasions noticed things that might need fixing and has suggested repairs and/or improvements. This is all without any pressure or obvious intent to drum up more business. I have also found him to be very resourceful and he has added his own suggestions on doing the project better than we had intended without any additional costs. He and his two man team are very hard working and just downright pleasant people to work with. They are all very courteous and careful to clean up the job site when complete.
