From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Being hurt and unsure of what was going on is stressful, but they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, including doing X-rays, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Everyone was warm, professional, and patient, which made such a difference during a painful and stressful time.
