They do a great job with stock, displsts, etc. and always clean, neat and the folks are always friendly. I have had some stang out experiences with the framing and art department but last year I had a super lady there that help me pick my very first time buying fake flowers for a fall hanging basket. She stayed right with me for a long time and did the assembling for me, she was magic! The newest thing is a big Amazon automated pick up box in the front which I utilized for the first time today. This is a big clean space for this locally family owned and operated business with some friendly folks who are helpful and engaged. They operate on a timed discount system with the longer an item remains for sale the lower the price goes. 10% per week or similar but the couple times we saw something we were interested in, and decided to see if the price would reduce, they were gone within a week. They're located 1/w north of Old Time Pottery on Hwy 59 and they're open Tuesday thru Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-4 closed on Sun-Mon While I cannot locate a website for this business they consistently update their Facebook page with lots of pictures of a multitude of new arrivals for sale at: https://www.facebook.com/Area-59-Used-Furniture-and-More-1199745776793774/ Bottom line: Nice place for deals on good quality furniture with friendly folks.

I contacted the manager, Junior. I asked about a warranty. His response was I can bring it back. My husband and I are in our 50s. We physically cannot pick it up and move it. Our sons had left to go home in other states. I had to file for repair request on the year warranty for something we had less than 30 days. And when the repairman came, he told us the fan was broke and the door was bent. He came back a week later to fix the fan and physically push the door frame back in. However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I wanted to give others a heads up. IF you buy something from these people, make certain it actually works.

The employees greet you upon entering and the cashiers are a plus, they care about your purchases and will wrap them very carefully as if it were their own items. A big plus is Pikas Grill food truck located in their parking lot. Its grilled and the variety is amazing. Also, a yogurt counter is there featuring fresh Acai bowls. Holidays are here so check out their website for outside vendors day and of course the debut for Christmas. We love coming here and will keep going almost every week or weekend.

The environment is unpleasant; the floors are dirty, the carpets seem rotten, and the entire building has a heavy, musty odor. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of marijuana during my visit last Saturday, which isn't surprising given the new management. If you're looking for overpriced storage unit leftovers, this is the place--otherwise, you're much better off yard sailing or visiting one of the many quality thrift stores in Foley.

Curtis and Donna are the owners and they are great! Each time I drove to Mobile I would stop by their shop which BTW they are in a new location I have yet to visit. They carry a wide array of antique lighting and also create modern/transitional light fixtures too. They sell mirrors, furniture, misc small decor items. I absolutely love this shop because what they sell is quality. They also sell limited lightbulbs, shades, and the wax candle covers for chandeliers and sconces.
