This is after I sent them screenshots of the quote I received showing the price that they quoted. On their website, it says that they will match any written quote - but they won't honor a written quote that they issued? When I pushed back on them not honoring the quote, they would not budge and kept insisting that the actual price would be higher. I guess their quotes don't actually mean anything, even though they do explicitly state that they're valid for 30 days. This is not a company I would recommend. It's seems like they just charge whatever they feel like charging, and won't actually honor quotes that they themselves issued.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a landfill. In my experience, it's well worth the extra drive to the Ogden landfill. The staff there are much more welcoming, the process is better organized, and green waste disposal is handled far more efficiently. I was greeted professionally, directed where I needed to go, and did not have to pay for green waste disposal. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend the Ogden landfill over this facility.
