The employees refused to notarize the documents simply because my client does not bank with Chase, which was already frustrating. However, what made the situation much worse was the way we were treated. The staff were rude, dismissive, and their behavior toward my client felt openly discriminatory and racist because of his skin color. The entire interaction made it very clear that they just wanted us out of the branch. As a business owner and a Chase customer, I expected professionalism and respect. Instead, we were treated in a way that was completely unacceptable and humiliating. Because of this experience, I will be closing both my personal and business accounts with Chase. No customer should ever have to deal with this kind of treatment at a bank.

The staff was very helpful. All were behind plexiglass-glass and wearing masks, but at least I could walk in without an appointment. We spoke with Jamie. He was very attentive to our problem, knowledgeable and solved it! To me, Chase seems to be a good bank to work with.

They told me it would be a 10 days to get a new card. It's been over a month and every time I stop by they tell me oh yeah well it takes a while in the mail. Unbelievable. The mail never takes that long for anything so I went to the bank in Massillon on Freedom Avenue Those people are awesome they got off of their into it and said you're never gonna get that card that card we could do is re-order you one and have it sent here to the I said long does that take? She said between seven and 10 weeks. She said I said OK let's do that then I'm still sitting here without my debit card just can't believe Bank here on Erie Street is so most of the people very rude. There's only one or two people I like to deal with there but the other on freedom Avenue is awesome. They are very friendly and very helpful.

With that being said there's a downside to credit unions like this one. The access to your money is definitely an issue. Look forward to ATM charges. If you travel they won't have local ATM's since the are only located in Massillon. That was a serious downside as I moved from that area and still have my account in Massillon. This creates a real issue if I need to deposit cash or get cash. Especially since I work during their business hours and cannot get there before they close. Their ATM is shut down at times due to fraud. They don't usually answer the phone line so if you live a distance you might have to go there to talk to a person. Another huge issue is there frequent issues with fraud. My card has been closed many times without notice due to their frequent issues with fraud. So when you go to buy food or gas your card will get declined and you are there scratching your head to why your card won't work. Other times it a PIN number use only, but your not notified of this either. I was on vacation getting groceries years ago and my card was declined. I couldn't figure it out. It was a weekend and I had to wait till Monday to call and get an answer. No food in another state!!! I had no other cards to use! When I told Suzanne this she lectured me on having a credit card as back up. Then you have to wait almost two weeks to get a new card. Which makes it difficult for a person such as myself to try and get cash since I'm working during there business hours. Their fraud person-Suzanne- is less than kind in a response to your situation. I've deal with her multiple times and she told me that I just have bad luck. When I told her it's an inconvenience for me as a member and I had bills to pay she says, what exactly do you need to pay with a debit card? Not that it's her concern as it's my money, but there are a lot of things people pay with their debit/credit card from their bank. As I needed to pay for gas, food, and needed to pay for my BMV plates for three cars. Then she says use checks, which I'd have to pay for? Or I can get cash which cost gas money to get there and I'd have to leave work early, which means I'd have to use vacation time. Then if I didn't get enough I'd have to come back for more or I may need to return some if I took too much. Fraud=more money to pay out for the hard working tax paying but this place can't keep the fraud issue under control I've found the staff less than caring about there frequent issues with fraud that which is a serious disturbance to their members. When you bring this concern to the manger nothing gets done!!

They recently put in a brand new drive-up ATM. Before this, they only had a walk-up ATM on the outside of the building, which I didn't feel was the safest option. I'm glad that both options are available now. This location is in a busy area that is central to many businesses and schools; it's busy, but it doesn't feel unsafe. And although it's surrounded by a lot of activity, this location isn't necessarily a very congested one. I am always able to use the ATM without waiting in line - or at least without waiting for very long at all. Highly recommend!

It has been over two months, they pre approved the buyer yet still no decision on their loan. They promise to get back to you but they don't. They promise a decision will be made by the end of the day and it is not and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know the status. They have missed the contract deadline by a month and don't seem to care. Meanwhile you sit with your house off the market and no end in sight. Never do they give a straight answer to inquiries as to what else they may need to bring and end to the loan approval process. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never try to get a loan from this bank.
