It is located on the same grounds as a community garden, excellent grammar school, dog park and tennis courts. It's also several blocks from a decent beach. They hold a variety of community events. Computers and movie rentals are available and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great quiet place in a quaint building, perfect for looking for a job, reading the paper or doing homework. Turning left out is a little bit of a challenge - cars intermittently come from both directions. The library itself looks like it was built in the 70s, with a spacious entryway that hadn't quite realized it's potential. The interior is divided into adult, teen, and children. The children's section is particularly adorable with the endcaps painted to look like a rainbow. The library has multiple areas to study and read in the teen and adult section, and is well lit. The librarians at the reference desk were particularly friendly and informative, and welcoming visitors back to their library. Stopping in was a great experience!

They give instruction, providing the email address of the library so I can send what I need to be copied from my phone to the library email. It's very convenient and economical too. I don't like the cost of ink in the store nor the mess so I don't have to deal with any of that unpleasantness. I just visit my friendly library folk, pay 20 cents per copy, et voila, call it done. It's an absolute pleasure coming here because the folks that work here seem interested and genuinely want to help and are exemplary in customer service. If all staff at other businesses could conduct themselves in this manner, the world would be a more productive place.
