This place was highly recommended, but if I can't trust them to call me back with some information on how they are going to help my daughter, how can I trust them to actually tutor her? I made repeated calls in the last three weeks, and twice someone said they'd have someone call me back, but I didn't get any calls back. I left my name and number several times, and it's on the form I filled out there. I just called today, and I got no answer and no voicemail. I am so disappointed.
