The campus itself was very orderly and had a peaceful resonance about it. The residents here seemed to be of the retired age and I didn't see any middle aged or younger people. Specifically this apartment complex would be suitable for a single person or a married couple with no children. They have a no pet policy. Onsite mail pickup is provided by the nearby post office. My conclusion: marginal housing!
