That being said she found this cute little salon that she loved and felt comfortable in. My mother called and left a message for Sheri at Angelo's salon to try and set up an appointment and Sheri decided to text my mother not even call her back and say I quote "This is Sheri from Angelo's Salon Spa. Thank you for your previous business. Unfortunetly, being your hair dresser is no longer a good fit for me. I think its best to find another salon and hair dresser. Thank you for understanding Sheri." Now I understand sometimes things don't work out but for this woman to tell my mother she has to find a different salon blows my mind. What did my mother do so wrong? I know I'm biased but my mother is one of the sweetest people I know, she would give you her last dollar if you needed it! I personally feel it's because my mother wasn't able to make appointments On Sheri's terms Is why Sheri decided to make my mother feel like she did something wrong and feel so uncomfortable that she now doesn't want to go to another salon, she said she'll just cut her own hair! The staff were so friendly and personable. I was embarrassed that I was missing a toenail due to an accident. Instead of making me feel gross, Stacy (who wasn't even doing my pedicure) offered to put on an acrylic toenail! Sounds odd, I know, but it worked wonderfully, saved me from being mortified during sandal season, and only cost $5 over the pedicure cost. Clean environment, super nice staff, OPI polish, and reasonable prices. I will go back next time I am in the area.

The exfoliating scrub didn't make my feet feel any softer, they just smelled kind of like citrus. The shellac manicure was just ok. She didn't file my nails, she didn't do anything with my cuticles, nothing beyond applying the polish. When I left and stepped out into the sunlight I could see that there was polish on my fingers and that some nails weren't entirely covered with the polish. For a $60 total (before tip) I was not that impressed. The shellac nail polish only lasted 6 days even though she said two weeks. The girl was very nice, very friendly. The salon itself appeared to be clean and it had a nice energy. I just felt like the manicure and pedicure itself could have been a little better, especially given the fact that they weren't busy, there was no reason she should have been rushing.
