I have only used TurboTax in the past when completing tax returns on my own since my father died in 2013. Mr. Webb's daughter, Natalie, is also a Certified Public Accountant at this firm and also my friend of nearly 40 years. The Webbs are some of the most honest and hard-working people that I know. I did not want to take any chances with my taxes this year due to having numerous medical bills (suffered a stroke while on the job) and dabbled in Crypto (it's funny/not funny the things you do when you have what I call "stroke brain" ). Natalie was professional yet still a friend while working with me. I also have what is referred to as "expressive aphasia" - I am not able to get my thoughts into words the way I want to which is extremely frustrating and she was very patient, which she would be with anybody, regardless of "friend" status. Fees were discussed up front so there were no suprises.
