I have been a patient at Hurley for years. They recently have come under new management. All year, I have paid to meet my insurance deductible. At the beginning of the year, I met with a representative from Hurley so that I could pay whatever was needed to insure that was not a balance left when my deductible was met. I paid this amount at each visit. When I finally met my deductible, I was told there was a balance that I had to pay in addition to my 20% co-pay. Now, the day before my next appointment, I get a call telling me that there is a "temporary insurance glitch" on their end and I will not be able to receive my 20% co-pay for this visit either, but will have to pay an out-of-network deductible! I have already paid more than I would have paid as a cash patient all year! This is not okay! I was also told that it is "new policy" to keep credit card information in the computer system so that you no longer have to sign for the payment. When I asked to have my information removed from the computer system, I was told that they were unable to do that and would have to contact the IT company that handles their system to see if they could do it and they would call me back. I have not received any notificationn that this has been handled. Since the management change, the chiropractor and massage therapist I have seen for years are no longer at Hurley. My complaint is not with the new chiropractor or massage therapist, but with the business side of the practice. After years with Hurley, I am sad to say that I will be looking for a new chiropractor cliic where I feel my interests can be better served. read more

I used to be happy with Hurley's. I have been going there for 4 years. I quit going in April of 2019 and was told I owed 1400 dollars after what my insurance had paid. I had the girl at front desk to start taking 100 dollars out of my debit card every mo. Instead of the usual 30 dollars. Stopped by in June and was told that I now owed 1466 dollars. I called my insurance co. and apparently it made them mad. Now I owe 32hundred360. Not possible. I haven't been in there since April 2019. Filed a grievance with blue cross . What a rip off. read more

I really like Hurley's but I stay for my massage therapist. I LOVE Kristin and she is the sole reason I have continued to come back over and over. She always makes me feel great and gives me personalized service. She is very gentle but works out my problems too. read more

During her 22 years in practice, she has taken Hurley Chiropractic from a small town location in Perryville, Arkansas to a multi-million dollar integrated wellness company in Conway, Arkansas. Hands down one of the best chiropractors (Dr. Hurley) I've ever met or used! Kind, respectful, super knowledgeable, big heart, and this is clearly her passion. The staff has always been lovely and has worked with me on payment since I'm self-pay. They seem super knowledgeable about what is and isn't covered by insurance and how to make it more reasonable. The front staff even had my kids come color beside them when I was getting adjusting and I needed my kiddos to stop fighting lol. Super clean and well cared for facility. 10 out of 10! read more
