I filed a viable claim with Erie Insurance for a burst pipe in December 2022, which I am still attempting to reconcile, with no guidance or assistance from this agency. At every turn, Casper has failed to advocate for me, instructing me at one point to defer to Erie's adjuster, all the while knowing almost nothing about me, my policy and associated rights, or my prior attempts at communication. Needless to say, I've recently filed an insurance complaint with the Commonwealth. If you've had good experience with Casper, that's as it should be. I decidedly have not, and am disappointed to hear from others than my experience is not only ordinary, it's commonplace. I will be switching to another agency upon resolution of my claim. If my request is denied, I'll be leaving Erie altogether, and largely on account of the indifference of this agency.

I was appointed the trustee of their estate in the state of PA, and yet despite this the firm has been withholding of necessary information to file her taxes. I cannot stress how difficult it is to both grieve and have a firm you've trusted for years stonewall you. The end resolution is that I hired another firm and was able to recover everything I needed directly from the IRS but be warned this firm doesn't behave justly and will really skirt the legal line -- for what end who knows.

I met with Tony, who handled all of my business in one meeting. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood everything. He covered a lot of information to ensure that I could get the maximum refund. Within a few short weeks, I got a letter stating my taxes were completed and I could come in to pick up the returns. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their fee is more than I've ever paid to have my income taxes done before, and it's more than I've seen a lot of others pay as well. After the last two years, I was willing to accept the rate in exchange for having this handled quickly, correctly, and conveniently. Maybe it's just the cost of doing business.
