However... the shop is very small. And by very small, I mean you could stand at the door and just have a look around. If it is really busy, you might just have to stand at the door and have a look. I think this is actually the smallest Accessorize I have been in. While the staff are lovely and there are some nice things in the store, it is just so small which means that the amount of stock and variety of stock is very limited. I didn't find anything for my nieces because they didn't have a children's section. They also don't have a clearance section... which is always my favourite section in any store.

The store tself is very small with basically one narrow walkway around a central display unit. If you are a wheelchair user or a mum with a buggy you will have no chance of getting around inside this store. For the size of the store there is quite an impressive amount of stock in there, pictures, mirrors, china, decorative pottery, artificial flower arrangements, as well as smaller items such as fashion jewellery, novelty items, and gift items such as silver christening gifts, crystal figures etc. Avoid this shop on busy saturday afternoons but if you are about on a quiet weekday then it is worth a look when you have room to move about and no queues to deal with.

I was told immediately that they could not help me because it was "by appointment only" and that they couldn't assist because they were already tied up with other customers. Excellent customer service to me would've been to say "by all means take a look but unfortunately we can't assist because were currently tied up but if you do find something make an appointment and we'll be able to help". Instead I was sent away. I would not recommend this shop. There are plenty more shops that don't insist on appointments ONLY.

He replied very swiftly and that same afternoon he came to collect my broken laptop and supplied me with a rental laptop.
