I originally thought it was psu so I replaced it but that didn't fix anything. Over time I was able to narrow it down to an issue with the gpu. I thought I was out of luck and needed to replace the whole thing which would've costed me probably around a thousand or more, but then I saw this business online and figured why not give it a shot. so I gave them a call and it was chris who was super quick to answer. He told me he will be open and to bring it in on Friday if I wanted and so I did. Originally when we had talked over the phone I had only mentioned the gpu needing work, So when I got there he wasn't quite expecting me to bring in the entire pc along with a list of other things I wanted done to it. But fortunately, he was super nice and told me he will handle it no problem! He had it done next day (Saturday) which I was super impressed and excited to hear figuring the paper I got upon drop off said he will start working on it by Monday. I was also pretty mind blown how cheap it was thinking before I went in that I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for the list of stuff I unexpectedly gave him but that just wasn't the case at all and the estimate he gave me stayed exactly the same. It was obvious he went through and double checked everything even giving me extra unneeded wire that was accidentally installed on the psu. I went home after that and booted the pc up and tested out a few games and what do you know, no more black screen or overheating both cpu and gpu were running cool. it was finally fixed after years! I definitely recommend him 1000000% to anyone needing help/work with their pc. You can tell he does it for the love of the game and not just money hungry. Please show some love and support for this business, they seriously deserve it! Fast, quality, cheap, and respectful you can't beat that. Brandon said he would uninstall it and reinstall the program. 1 1/2 hours later he couldn't fix the issue and told me to buy a new computer thru his company. Besides iTunes there was nothing wrong with the computer. He then WITHOUT MY PERMISSION started installing other programs! The next day the computer had thousands of popups, and information on buying multiple programs... He made it worse. Brandon then told me after he made it worse and he wanted to get paid!!! 150.00 I paid him to get him out of my house and he complained he should be paid more! I called the next day and was told Brandon was the only one who will come to my house to fix it. But he is incompetence made it worse. I wanted someone else- they said they would call me tomorrow- they never called. I called them and Brandon answered the phone and said he couldn't help me. Bad customer service, all the old staff quit and are long gone. Not an honest company. They screw up your system so you have to buy a new computer thinking they will get your business. They are a scam of a business. Do not use them!

Earlier this week my son came home from college without his computer charger. Rather than having me spend a hundred dollars for a new charger that he would only use a few days, Morshed was kind enough to rent me a charger for a few days for a very minimal fee. So I normally just buy dell laptops through best buy and get the geek squad plan and complete my…read moreown repairs, but unfortunately I got a 1000$ ASUS and my plan ran out right before my LCD screen did...bollux. Didn't have the tools to fix it. Went to a load of different computer repair options in sarasota and bradenton(Like every store, I just graduated fsu, I'm broke af). Over 200$ to fix my screen! Ridiculous The part was only 45$! Not to mention all the places had to "hold my computer for 24 hours" to do their "own diagnostics" before they would even replace the screen. But I knew what my issue was but alas I got talked down to by desk boys who didn't know the difference between a linux vs windows operating system. Until I came here! Best group of peeps you will have the pleasure of leaving your computer with, they're ridiculously fast (fixed my screen in 2.5 hrs) only charged me 110 for the whole thing! And they're so freaking polite, they show you what they did, they'll talk you through the process, let you keep your old parts/or recycle them for you. My computers running great, this has become my official store for computer repairs that I can't do myself. When I move I will proceed to ship my computers to them. What a gem.
