He has been very helpful and knowledgable with recommending the right products. More recently personally I had discussed a few things to help with my retirement and yes an almost 30 y/o can be worried about retirement. He gave me good information that helped even though State Farm doesn't offer any products. I have been seeing everyone in Dan's office since I as a kid and everyone in there is always happy to help with whatever I need. From payout for a death in the family to starting my own insurance they all have helped me in a very big way and I thank everyone there. I get flyers for other State Farm agents but I don't want to switch to them, Dan is the man!

The agent representing this company may not be out of Syracuse. I and at least one other have had…read moremiserable experience with this company and a person Phaedra Ellison. When I look for the corporate complaint office their phone number as listed is wrong. So I am going public. She does not return calls, appears totally incompetent (how can it be my fault if my vehicle was parked and I was nowhere around??!!) and I only get a formatted text saying they dont work weekends when I try to text. I have been disconnected at least a dozen times. If you are a victim of one of their clients, I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU Does anyone have a number of someone higher up in the company to which I can refer the issue??
