We got a callback from the voicemail we left within minutes, and Charles the proprietor said he could be at our home by noon, several hours later. This was a Saturday! Charles came, and we agreed to have him saw off all the branches (a lot!) and cut the limb into manageable pieces so that we could move it out of the driveway.
