The carpet wasn't cleaned, and all the guy seemed to care about was getting paid. The price this time seemed extremely high and when I mentioned it, he said, oh, you paid cash the last time. If you pay cash, its cheaper. I had to run out to the bank to get cash. Seems a little sketchy, and I was so disappointed with the work. Will not be calling them again.

The lady told me she would call me if any spots open up. Within a couple of hours she phoned back and said someone just cancelled and we can fit you in. The Tech Dan was friendly and professional. He caught stains I didn't even notice! He has a great eye for detail which is soooo important with the accident that happened on my couch. He took his time to ensure it was done right. I don't usually write reviews but used Yelp for recommendations when choosing. I would highly recommend Dan and the Reliable Carpet & Upholstery team. I was impressed with this service.
