Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante.
