Very quiet and family oriented mobile home park. The manager is super friendly and responsive…read more They have an onsite handyman so problems get taken care of quickly. It is very quiet here during the day and night. They have a swimming pool and is open during summer months. Rent prices are reasonable. Many of their mobile homes are older but in good repairs inside and are priced accordingly. They also have newer mobile homes as well. It just depends on your budget. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Trying to get ahold of a staff member at the office is almost impossible. Just an FYI if you move…read morehere and they offer the option to have a party in the clubhouse attached to the office... DON'T! They will tell you that a fee will get added to your rent to pay and if the room is left "clean" they will refund a portion but they will lie and tell you the room was dirty to keep the refund. They also expect you to reach out to them after the party to request the refund but keep in my mind that they are beyond unprofessional and won't answer you during business hours. You'll have to leave a voice message and then no one gets back to you. They will not tell you how long you have to reach out for the refund and expect you to keep pausing your life/responsibilities to call them. It is unbelievable that office that they owe you money is asking for you to remind them. Ridiculous. Lying in general doesn't look very good with any business. The current office manager (Samantha) needs to look into a better way to ensure this isn't a problem in the future for anyone else & classes on professionalism. We personally won't be using the clubhouse again.
