Anthony called me back the next day, and came to look at my house that afternoon. He got back to me within another day or so with options and estimates. Today, less than two weeks after my initial call, I got my new roof. Anthony's crew showed up on time, were friendly and polite, and worked hard. I texted back the next morning. This is where it became like pulling teeth to make an appointment. No arranging an appointment. They simply said they'd "stop by" the next day. Unfortunately, I have a job so I can't sit home all day. I went to work, came home, and checked my cameras -- They never showed up. I called and left more voicemails. I even tried messaging them thru Yelp. Around 2 weeks later, they texted and said they'd "stop by" tomorrow and look at the job. I sat home waiting. Once again, nobody came. I tried calling.
