They really do go above and beyond to help us make sure all aspects of our commercial real estate sites are being managed properly and often pickup the sack where our other guys are lacking. He showed me a couple of parts that wear out over time that I could order, and showed me how to install them so he wouldn't have to come back. We had a freeze-up and had to thaw components and fix leaks ourselves. After two visits from Kraft (one to inform us that nothing could be done until we thawed everything and fixed the leaks, and one to add glycol that we supplied into the system) the heat worked for 11 days before going out again. Everyone from the technician to the owner was unwilling to take any responsibility and unhelpful in working to get the issue resolved while outside temperatures were at -40. The two other local companies I called had much better customer service. Boilers and their service are too important and expensive here to not be reliable. We won't be using this company and don't suggest others do either.

They showed up to unfreeze a sewer line and wanted to charge the owner over $3,000 just for placing a hose of hot water down a plumbing cleanout. Of course, you supposedly get a 10% discount if you join their "leaching" membership program for $40 a month, so $2,700 plus $40 monthly charges. Naturally, the owner said no, and they still charged him $100 for the visit--basically paying them to come over and try to extort him.
