This is by far the worst experience I have had with a hair salon. I went in for a consultation with…read moreChelsea and was very clear of what I wanted. I went in to get it done a few days later and she talked me out of what I originally wanted. Once it was done I was left with a dark blonde/muddy grey-ish highlights rather than the all over light grey I wanted plus, the tones were uneven throughout my hair due to the fact that she used two different volumes on different parts of my hair. She reassured me that if I came back in about a week, she would reapply the toner and my color would be closer to what I wanted. I left the salon unhappy and upset. Two days later I washed my hair and almost every bit of the color washed out. As days went on, my hair began to turn brassy, gold, and even blended with my darker color. I asked what she could do to fix it and made it very clear I needed it bleached again, but she insisted on having to charge me again for bleaching it. I then spoke with another hairstylist who advised me that it wasn't bleached light enough to begin with for my desired color and that the stain would not turn out how I wanted. Unable to get to the salon, I text Chelsea about the issue. A WEEK later I received a reply. Still extremely unhappy with how it turned out and her willingness to correct it, I asked for a refund. I was then told she did not give refunds and I had a 7 day period for her to change anything. Had I known her policy beforehand, I would have been more persistent at the salon that it was nowhere near what I wanted. My advice is to stay away. And if you do venture to try this place out, please be 100% confident your stylist knows what you want and that she is confident in what she is doing. I'm now out $130.00, have extremely damaged, nasty brassy hair, and am having to pay for someone to fix the mistakes she made.
