After examining the inventory more carefully, it became easier to discern what was where. The selection of findings & beads is deep. It's nice to know a place to shop for jewelry making supplies that is head over heels above the big box craft stores. The bead selection includes a large, varied collection of glass beads, Czech glass beads, pottery beads, pearls, semi-precious stones & a whole lot more. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and left me frustrated enough to walk away from what could have been a $2,000+ sale. There were two older women working during my visit. The associate assisting me was friendly, but unfortunately, she lacked knowledge about the products I was interested in--strollers, car seats, and crib promotions. She constantly had to check the computer for basic information, which made the process drag on for over an hour. Meanwhile, the other employee, who seemed more knowledgeable, was busy with another customer. To make matters worse, the store didn't have the necessary adapters available to try out the double stroller configurations, and the floor model of the stroller I was most excited about had been sold. They didn't have a replacement yet, which completely eliminated that option for me--very frustrating for a store that specializes in baby gear. I also found a crib promotion that included a dresser and changing pad, but when it came to selecting the included items, the associate was unnecessarily petty. Despite the crib sheets all being the same price, she made an issue about which ones we could choose. She also pointed out that the white mattress was more expensive than the blue, which felt very nitpicky and unhelpful. My mom and I decided to hold off and look elsewhere. But what upset me most--and ultimately led to me walking out--is how my 6-year-old daughter was treated. She had been quietly and gently playing with some baby dolls and stuffed animals on display to purchase while we shopped. As we were getting ready to leave, the employee rudely insisted she take the toys from my daughter, despite me calmly explaining that my daughter was in the process of putting them back herself. She dismissed me and harshly told my daughter she would do it, causing my daughter to cry--something she rarely does. The way she was spoken to was completely uncalled for, especially in a children's store. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way at a store that should be welcoming and helpful to families. I hope this review reaches the owner, because their staff not only lacked product knowledge and professionalism, but also showed an unfortunate lack of kindness and basic decency toward a child. Needless to say, we'll be shopping elsewhere.

I got the impression that she was a relatively new employee, but was not sure because she was so customer oriented. My intent was to purchase 2 wigs and some accessories for their care. Ahnaca was well acquainted with with all pf the merchandise, and her product knowledge was excellent. She was kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I left the store with exactly what I wanted and will definitely return because of the way I was treated by this sales associate. It was obvious that she enjoys her job, and her focus is definitely customer service. As a new customer I was quite pleased. Since then, the manager (white bald caucasian guy) has tried to approach me more than once to discuss my review. The first time, I declined the conversation. Today, he approached me again while I was on the phone, and I declined again because I did not want to have that conversation. Instead of respecting my decision, he told me that if I could not have a conversation with him, I needed to leave the store. He then threatened to call the police on me, even though I was simply shopping and, from my perspective, had not done anything wrong or caused a disturbance. I should be able to leave an honest review about my experience without feeling pressured or confronted afterward. Being asked to leave simply because I did not want to discuss my previous review was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I will not be returning.

So I place an order, I get SO MUCH of what I want - I don't even NEED to shop on the Lilly site! Wow, that was SO easy! Until... a local Lilly group I follow is complaining that their C. Orrico orders are being canceled. Oh no... So I call them and ask my order status, and you bet. My ENTIRE order is being cancelled. Never mind that silly charge on my card. That's not a charge, they say. It's a "hold". They're going to reverse the "hold" (aka, CHARGE) on my card. They offered no replacement items, absolutely nothing. They blamed their website, their vendor, everyone but taking responsibility for blatantly overselling their inventory. So, I am empty handed from the once in a year Lilly sale. Thanks C. Orrico, for being the absolute worst you can be. And for taking no responsibility, having no accountability and being downright disrespectful. Do not make the mistake of spending your money with C. Orrico. Take your money to a company where your more than just a name in a stack of orders, waiting to be canceled.
