Hadassa is amazing!! My parents drove all the way from San Diego to Page to work on our houseboat at Lake Powell. They got to their hotel around 10pm and were exhausted. I was in charge of booking their hotel...and naturally I messed up their reservation like an idiot. Hadassa at the front desk helped them straighten everything out and quickly got them to sleep. She's a real asset to the Hyatt! Extremely happy with the professionalism of their staff. My parents have always had a great time there and I am sure they will be back. read more

My friends and I visited this place for our first night in page and did not really enjoy it. The service is odd, you have to go up to order food at the bar even if you're sitting at a table far away. The service itself is hit and miss some folks were nice but others were odd. The food was not that great it was okay but the drinks were amazing. The elote was just really simple corn with milk on the bottom. The shrimp tacos were decent but nothing great. Overall I would not recommend or visit again. read more

After driving for more than 7 hours, we were all so tired and couldn't wait to check in. We got here around 9pm and the line to check in was pretty long. When it was our turn, we were informed that there's no available room due to renovations and we had to look for another place to stay. Wait what?!?? At this hour? We booked this hotel on booking.com months ago and you're telling us that you're doing renovations? We have two kids with us and they were really tired from the long trip. The couple behind us were super upset too because they are also looking forward to getting a room after their flight from some country. I am very understanding, I know that s*** happens, but the way they handled - it was really bad. They were not apologetic. It's as if they didn't feel sorry for all the people who got screwed that night. They did not help us look for another hotel. The manager was also raising her voice to the other customers. It was unbelievable! Another thing that really frustrates me is that for some reason, those who booked a room using their website were able to check in. That's just not fair. Turns out, those who booked on expedia, booking.com, and other travel sites were placed on the part of the hotel that they were renovating. Will never book here ever. Brand new hotel in Page. We are so lucky. Since we are Hyatt member, I searched the Hyatt page and booked, didn't even realize it was brand new (not taking over another hotel) until our arrival. All staff were super nice, helpful and accommodating from the front desk supervisor Justin to the kitchen staff to the housekeeping. Hot Breakfast is included from 6a - 9a. They also serve Starbucks on site (not complimentary). The rooms are roomy, can't say good enough things as everything is brand new :) The decor is very modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was just firm enough for a good night sleep. The only suggestions I have is to have a safe in the room. The front desk were very accommodating to offer to put my laptop in their office safe where there is a surveillance camera in the room. With the choice of Hyatt (brand new), and surrounding motels and inns, why would you go anywhere else?? read more

This was a nice clean hotel. I take a lot of trips up north and this was a quick getaway that we enjoyed. The breakfast was also very nice. I had no problems with check in or with amenities. Parking was relatively easy and it's close to antelope canyon, lake Powell and Horseshoe bend. read more

Pretend like you are more than happy to help, even if you have been asked that same question 20 times today. There is nothing like driving 3.5 hours to be greeted by a front desk attendant that is clearly over her day at work. No "thank you for choosing Hyatt" or "let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable ". Nope not here, wham bam "heres your key rooms that way" peace out. Now as for the management and specifically Madahhsa and the other very rude female who spoke to my husband on Oct 22. If you have a billing issue as we did. Do not expect timely returned calls, returned emails and do not expect reasonable outcomes from the management. After 3 weeks of phone tag with Madassa. We were finally told (not by Madassa mind you) but by the rude front desk gal "thats our policy and we stand behind it" and "maybe you should use common sense and read the fine print" Essentially we found a better room rate less than 24 hours later (all booked on the Hyatt site) and cancelled our initial room reservation and rebooked immediately. Oversight on our behalf that the "fine print" states no cancellations. Reasonable management would recognize an honest mistake.We maintained a reservation, we stayed the exact dates, we were 2.5 weeks out from our reservation date. Nope, does not matter to Hyatt, this is their policy. No room for human error. So we paid approximately $1300 for a 2 night stay!! Madassa was initially willing to refund us half the stay but had to end the phone call claiming poor reception and then never called us back. Needless to stay we will not stay here again. So if you are a human who has ever made a mistake and lacks "common sense" I would not suggest staying here. We most definitely learned our lesson. I hope Hyatt takes a few notes too. Our stay was incredible! We were all very impressed and satisfied with The Hyatt in Page. The staff all did an excellent job. They were all very helpful, accommodating and nice. We were serviced mostly by Leticia and she was very sweet and patient with us and all our questions, concerns and requests-which were a lot lol. Not to mention the hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and fairly new. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even my mother commented on their comfort and let me tell you, it's a miracle if she approves because she's very high maintenance about these things lol. The view was just breathtaking! I know Page is a small town. We were there (like most everyone else) to see antelope canyon. I travel with allergy children. My son has food and environmental allergies. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a hotel. I'm happy to say we made the right decision! The hotel was maybe 2 years old (if that). It still looked and smelled new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. Ours had two queens as well as a sitting area with a makedown couch. The breakfast is free for Hyatt members and membership is free. The breakFast was the best complementary breakfast I've had at a hotel (unless we are talking aLl inclusive or actual resorts). I'm recommending this hotel to all my friends planning to be in Page. read more

I've stayed at numerous Hyatt Place hotels, but this one is the best one by far! It's in an extremely convenient location, close to Glen Canyon (Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam), Antelope Canyon, and Grand Canyon. We actually had a lovely view of the mountains and Glen Canyon Dam from our room. Our room was extremely spacious and CLEAN! Complimentary breakfast had fresh fruit (pineapples, cantaloupe, bananas, apples) and a nice buffet - all the food tasted pretty good, much better than other hotels I've stayed at. We were very satisfied with our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area! read more

We had a great experience at the Hyatt. Dog friendly, very clean, modern, great location. Buffet breakfast was very good and offered a wide range of food options. Food can be served until 10pm and drinks until midnight. Loved the doggy area in the side of the hotel. We enjoyed a lot the outdoor seating area. Pool was too cold but understandable with the extreme heat of 103! What is wrong with this place...NOTHING! The facility is sparkling clean. Folks are always cleaning from the friendly housekeeping crew to the manager (whom we caught with a squirt bottle of cleanser in her hand when they were short-staffed one afternoon.) The location is so serenely quiet and the view of the balcony makes for a heck of a good morning breakfast spot. But above all, the staff makes this place super special: Hadassa, Susan, Marquis and many others whose names we didn't catch. They can tell you things to do in the area. Where to eat. Where to hike. Make you an awesome burger. And generally do whatever it takes to ensure you have a great stay. We were there for 1.5 weeks and felt like we were leaving our family when our departure day came. Excellent place to stay! The hotel literally opened 10 days ago, so everything is absolutely brand new. Everything smells new too! Great views from the back patio/pool area. Breakfast in the morning is included, and is decent, although the large area with minimal items makes it look especially spartan. You can get starbucks coffee 24/7 from the bar area, and the food in the lobby is decent. I ordered a burger and the chicken quesadilla. Good thing decent food is available in the lobby as alot of the restaurants in page are closed on sundays. The rooms are much larger than other hotels in the area, and you can bring your pet for a 75 dollar charge. Highly recommend the hyatt place, the people are super friendly as well! read more

We have the opportunity to visit Page for Valentines Day. Our experience was one of the best we have taken since the pandemic started last year. For many reason we keep traveling for our business and sometimes for hobby. Their service one of the best for these type of hotels. Live music on Friday a plus. They offer cocktails and hot breakfast. I want to explain what they are doing because is something other hotel should adopt to offer hot options. They have 2 daily options to select and the night before yo drop your selections with the time you estimate to be in the restaurant. Amazing idea. Look I do not give a hotel 5 stars ever, not because I am picky...but because I have eczema and have to be careful where I stay. This room first off was HUGE, we had a king room (#211) and the bathroom was great. We were passing through and had a room booked in Cornville, but due to car trouble we could not make it there. The price of this room $101 with taxes for a Hyatt? Hells yes. I am from the NYC metro area so Hyatts are usually $$$$. The bed here and the pillows were AMAZING, it was the best night sleep I have gotten on my 10 day trip. Also I wanted yo add that everyone we met in the Navajo Nation was super nice! read more

I made a mistake with my booking dates and didn't realized until 24hrs before. I booked it through Expedia so they had me contact the hotel to see if they could waive the penalty ($220 the full day price) I tried to contact the hotel multiple times to talk to a manager and had no luck. I called and emailed her and never heard from her. I didn't want a refund I just needed to change the date to the correct date. Since she never contact me back I had to pay out of pocket another $220 for the correct night because I had no other option. I work in the customer service department and know that answering to customers concerns or emails are priority. This was the worse experience and believe that they could have help me. read more

This is a three floor hotel with a great hot breakfast with food items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc. Unfortunately no hot tub, but there is a decent sized pool that is a max of 5ft deep with no lifeguard. Rooms are nice and clean and include a fridge and AC. No microwaves in the rooms, but there is one on the first floor for guests to access. There is a patio outside with two fireplaces that are nice and cozy to sit around. The location is great as well as it is fairly close to the Antelope trails and the Horseshoe Bend. One thing I will say is that they are not strict about mask wearing but the hotel staff all wear their masks. read more

Definitely a nice place to stay in Page. It's in quiet residential neighborhood overlooking Glen Canyon Dam and the desert in the distance. The property has a pool, fitness center, and bar/restaurant with an outdoor patio. Rooms were spacious and like new. Food was so-so, but I only ate at the hotel once. While the hotel is real nice, and the staff is friendly, this isn't the first time this has happened. Here it is, 2pm on a Friday. Sit down to enjoy some shareable's at the bar. Order up some parmesan-paprika fries and crispy brussel sprouts. Also order up an iced tea. A few minutes later, our host comes out and says they are out of fries, and haven't brewed any iced tea, but they did already start the brussel sprouts.... We have been here before, my wife and I come up here monthly for work. Last time we came up, the frier was down, so that meant not being able to get standard bar fare food. I honestly don't understand being out of fries on a Friday afternoon. Probably the last time we will try to eat here. There aren't a whole lot of options up here in Page, and after today, looks like one less option for us...
