She was incredibly friendly and professional and the best part was that we didn't have to leave our couch to get the infusions! This time was to receive an IV treatment while recovering from pneumonia. I was severely dehydrated and no amount of drinking was helping. I had already gone to the hospital and saw my PCP and was still finding no relief. My husband had gone for such IV treatments a few times prior and suggested it. Both Dr. Raniero and Dr. Ghavami were able to arrange for me to receive my treatment right away. Dr. Ghavami was in office when I arrived and he saw to all of my needs with the utmost professionalism. He made sure I was comfortable and checked on me repeatedly, but not enough to be cumbersome. It was incredible to be treated in such a relaxing setting (with the most comfortable massage chair I've ever sat in) with a soothing snow falling scene playing, evoking such a zen experience. This was only heightened by the fact that I was being monitored by a medical doctor who catered the treatment to my personal medical needs. I felt at ease and completely cared for. I honestly have never felt so cared for in a medical or spa facility. Philly Med Club superseded all of my expectations and continues to prove to stand above the rest. I look forward to my next appointment for a new treatment in the new year and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
