Once started they spent a lot of time and care prepping everything from the cleaning all wood surfaces to taking care of a lot of carpenter bee damage (damn those things) as well as repairing some wood pecker damage. They took care and did a professional complete neat job in a timely manner. We had some rot damage areas that took us a full year to get repaired after they had finished everything else and they immediately came back out and completed the job. It looks excellent now. When doing estimates we use our knowledge of average prices for the area's we work in and never bid too high as a lot of our competition does. We are very clean and prompt in what we do. If there ever happens to be something that was missed and it's been a year or even longer since the job was completed we do return to fix the issue and it's completely free as long as it's something that was missed during the contract, now anyway that's been scratched, something installed or worn out over the years from people and animals or just age we do bill for that. We also have a maintenance fee for small things you may cause to the paint like scratch the walls by moving something around and it damages the new paint job we will come back for a maintenance charge asap to blend the damaged area together. We also do a number of different projects like tree removal/tree trimming/gutter cleaning/gutter installation/gutter removal and so much more we have posted on our home page and some things just give us a call and ask.
