Helena, a "supervisor" was rude and basically informed me, too bad, this is all they can do, that "ethically" they cannot move their schedule around to accommodate me because they are SO busy. US Waterproofing should take care of their existing customers before committing to new work and new customers that they are unequipped to service. If you are looking for waterproofing service, choose one that values their customers and stands behind their name when problems need to be remedied. So far, US Warerproofing is demonstrating otherwise.
