My husband called him back immediately to ask how far away he was and to tell him that he would meet him at the top of our road. The gentleman responded "can't I drive my truck to the site." Pursuant to the Company's visit company on Thursday, they were aware that you could not drive directly to our site. The man responded I'm 62 years old, why don't you do it yourself and then hung up on my husband. Terrible customer service and even worse attitudes!! Would NEVER recommend!!

Their concrete manager came out to look at it. Didn't follow up until I had to call him. And then he says their records say that the mix was correct. Must have been saw dust that froze!
