They made a total of 5 errors on both my personal and business returns, costing me $3,000+ that I didn't think I would have to pay. They were constantly trying to get me off the phone when I asked them to explain things to me, and didn't want to spend the time to walk through what they needed and what the return entailed -- which would have prevented some of the errors they made. Overall, customer service as abysmal and they made carless errors (like not including my w2 income on my business return), which ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THEM!

I'll take a slightly gruff tax accountant (IN TAX SEASON no less) ANY DAY over a polite average one. This firm rocks. You'll be glad you hired them, if you're not too sensitive. (Sorta kidding here as they are always more than friendly to me...just that stereotypical east coast thing is real).
