As soon as the crew left I called to complain and they said they would be back in two days. Finally on August 23, 2021 I called after hearing nothing. They said they the lifted the canopy to 14-17 feet like on the estimate. I reminded them I asked for 20 feet. I also asked why did they not cut dead limbs. They responded that would be more money.
