The owner asked if I would wait several days, then come back on Monday with the guitar case to finalize everything. When I returned Monday at 4:10 pm, she said she, "closed at 3pm", and stated she could take care of it tomorrow. I'd already waited several days, and explained that would be difficult as I have other appointments tomorrow. She clearly couldn't have cared less. As I was leaving I replied that her listing on the internet says she's open until 5pm (see TWO different listings attached here saying the shop is open until 5). She disputed that saying she changed the time to 3, which is an absolute lie as the attached screencaps show she closes at 5pm. I didn't care to argue particularly as there was another woman in the shop. She then said, "it'll take a half hour anyway." A half hour would've made it 4:40, or 20 minutes BEFORE her advertised closing time. Dishonest, insincere, and low class, I would recommend using any graphics shop around rather than Flashover.

When they were threatened with a bad review they posted the address of complainant and a picture of her house. This resulted in online threats to the complainant most likely by friends of theirs. We were contacted by another party who also reported item's missing from their home or their elderly parents home. Stay clear of this company whatever form they are. No matter what happens. They will not take responsibility for the actions of their employees.
