Neither job was simple, and our current job has presented extra challenges in fitting stone (and a weird sized sink) into existing original cabinetry. Measuring and fabrication was more difficult, and they had to return to adjust a piece due to a very tight fitting issue. We have been so grateful to work with a family company with experience and the determined perfectionistic commitment to getting things right no matter the unique challenge presented to them. Davis came out the same day and fixed it within 30 minutes. I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. He quoted $520 for the spigot and tub work together, which I accepted. He came back two days later to perform the tub work (less than 60 minutes). I was very satisfied with the experience and expect to use Pratt again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
