    Wide selection. Some employees are super knowledgeable. Prices are fair. Poor rewards.

My Wife purchased a cbd oil pen by mistake and went back in for a refund. We were told to come back on Tuesday to see the owner for a refund. He yelled at my wife and down right refused the return. I purchased an eleaf vape there, and it didn't work properly from the start. I brought it back in to see if Sam could help me out. He was extremely flustered and whining at me about it not working, like it was my fault. He then became so frustrated that he himself couldn't get the tank off that when he finally did he made a big production of throwing it in the trash can. There was nothing wrong with the tank and it was my favorite one, and he just threw it away in a temper tantrum. He then gave me a new tank from a different company (which ended up falling apart two weeks later). At this point Sam was starting to freak me out a little because he was so agitated. I figured he was having a bad day so I bought some vape juice and left. For two weeks I dealt with a product that was malfunctioning constantly. First the atomizer fried out after one day of use, and the unit was becoming very loose and when you held it you could feel all the parts jiggling. I couldn't tighten it myself because the tool needed is not common. In addition to that I had just spend $100.00 with accessories etc. and didn't feel like I should be trying to fix it myself. So on christmas day the tank that Sam had given me to replace the one he threw away broke. When I say broke I mean the tip separated from the tank itself, spilling ejuice all over everything in my purse. Looking at the construction of the tank I realized it was because there are silicone grommets between each piece of the tank, which after two weeks had deteriorated and were leaking. The original tank he threw away has no silicone pieces, so obviously he had just given me a crappy tank after he threw mine away to appease me. So this morning my husband and I go to the store. Sam was immediately upset, rolling his eyes and telling me nothing he does is going to make happy and that I am "impossible". My husband left the store because he was afraid he was going to punch the guy. Thats when Sam started really personally attacking me. He said my husband had left the store because he couldn't stand me, and I was just like every other horrible customer, we just don't see how rude we are etc. etc. The frustrating thing is, I never was blaming him, demanding anything or being inappropriate. I just wanted the guy to help me understand why this wasn't working and help me fix it. I never have customer service issues, and if you know me you know I am one of the most easy going people. So for Sam to be this aggressive and act like I was the one with the attitude was almost surreal. He was taking all of this personally, like he was the one who had invented this product and I was bashing it. By the end of his tirade he basically threw a new unit and tank at me and told me to leave. I told him I would still buy a pack of atomizers from him and was going to buy some juice, because at the end of the day I know it was just a bad unit and not this guys fault even though he was acting like a four year old having a really shitting meltdown. He actually REFUSED to sell me anything else and told me to leave his store and never come back. I did tell Sam that we live on a small island and his horrific customer service was going to get around. He told me I was "threatening" him. I told him I was being honest and would absolutely warn people about his store because no one should endure such abuse from a vendor. I work with the public on a daily basis and have been in one form of customer service or another for 20 years. I know how to diffuse situations, as well as make things right. I can promise you if you are going into this store for anything put a pack of cigarettes you will not be helped in any way shape or form. I have been using a vape for over a year and had previously bought my supplies from a store in Melbourne, but wanted to give an island store my business. I will now return to the store over the bridge.
