There's always coffee available and the breakfast is awesome. We were part of a large wedding group who traveled from the US to Niort, France and stayed at Hotel Mercure. The staff accommodated all of us. The rooms are nice and clean. On the last day as we were leaving France, we did not realize that on Sundays there are no taxis and the trains get sold out. We would have been stranded at the hotel if it weren't for the hotel staff who contacted taxi drivers who took us to the airport some 3 hours away. We can never thank them enough as the 5 of us would have missed our flight. We also left some clothing items in our room that the hotel sent them back to us. We highly recommend this hotel to any traveler to Niort, France.
