While this was a bit tricky to find using Google maps and trying to navigate a car through the tiny streets of Saint Malo (my bad. I suggest you park near Porte St Vincent and walk 5 minutes as there is absolutely no parking nor stopping by the hotel) the hotel made more than up for it when we got there. Just walking up the cobblestone street made you feel like you stepped back in time. The outside of the hotel is quaint and inviting with flower boxes and pretty signage. The hotel is situated close to everything but in a more quiet section of the street (with a fabulous vegetarian restaurant just a few doors up.) The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. You hear the cries of the seagulls all around which we found very maritime but closing the new windows will drown them out when you've had enough maritime feeling :)
The owners were so nice and very helpful, and their little doggie is so cute. The breakfast buffet was delicious with homemade pastries and all local products.
In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will certainly stay there again the next time I visit St. Malo. read more
